What NCA Mentors Do
NCA mentorship is built for consistency, structure, and meaningful relationship-building — not one-time appearances. This is a commitment to students over time, and it shows.
- Facilitate three in-person regional meetings per year, plus virtual touchpoints that keep students supported and progressing between sessions
- Reinforce the leadership habits NCA teaches — ethics, discipline, communication, and accountability — in a setting students can trust and learn from
- Provide real exposure to executive pathways by helping students understand how leadership, ownership, and capital actually work in the world — not from a textbook, but from someone who has lived it
